Lessee is assuming all liability for any alcohol served at the Event along with responsibility to comply with all relevant laws. Alcohol must be served through professional bartenders only. Self-serve bottles of Wine or Spirits are not allowed on the dinner tables and according to Arkansas Law, no guests under the age of 21 are allowed to consume alcohol. Cash bars are not allowed unless proper permitting is obtained via the Arkansas Beverage Control (ABC). Vendors working the Event are not allowed to consume Alcohol during set up, the Event, or strike. Lessee Site Manager has the right during an Event to suspend the serving of alcoholic beverages should it appear to cause a disturbance or endanger property.
Cleaning Policy Acknowledgement
To help you enjoy your event until the very last minute, we require the hire of an approved "Walk Away" final cleanup service. This ensures the building is returned to its original condition without the stress of DIY cleaning. Estimated Price: $250–$300
