For parties booking well in advance, our standard full-day pricing applies, ensuring full access to the venue and premium planning flexibility.

Full-day wedding and event rentals at standard rates
Weekday-only half-day rentals available (7 hours, including setup and teardown)
15% Off Off-Season Weddings (January & February)
15% Non-Profit Discount (may be combined with off-season pricing)

Flexible Booking Window (60–90 Days Out)

As dates approach, we open additional opportunities and discounted rates.

25% Off full-day venue rentals
Additional availability for Friday half-day rentals (7 hours)

For spontaneous weddings or scaled-down events, we offer our most flexible and accessible pricing.

Hourly rentals become available: $150/hour (3-hour minimum)

Non-profits & churches: 4 hours for the price of 3
Perfect for elopements, micro-weddings, receptions, and community-style celebrations
Tiered cleaning fees apply for smaller events
